Here are some tips on how to manage the examination stress:-
- Take a 10-15 minute study break once a while to allow for better studying rhythm
- Have group studies to help one another to cope with the subjects you are not doing so well in.
- Listening to music helps for some people. Recommended song : Pachelbel - Canon in D ( It supposedly tunes your brain waves to the alpha wave which is the optimum brain wave for studying)
- Eating basically anything. Help cheer you up anytime for any situation but be conscious of what you are eating. You can indulge but in moderation.
